Our perspective sure can change now in reflection of Indepence Day. Our freedom means so much more once we see others or been in situations where we haven't had freedom.Sharon M. That is very cool and must've been a wonderful experience! This blog brought tears to my eyes, thinking of the danger they were in, and they did it anyway. I can't imagine living in a country where it's against the law to speak your mind. We truly are blessed, even though at times we feel so restricted and controlled as Christians. I have often wondered if I would fight/die for what I believe in and it scares me a bit to think I might not. I would hope that I would fight with all my heart for something I believe in and for my children but the thought of dying for "a cause" is really scary to me!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4787381482400726509.post-30237353320204481112009-06-30T13:20:14.183-07:002009-06-30T13:20:14.183-07:00That is a great question. Faced with the situation, I hope that I would hold my head up and not back down.Noelle Carternoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4787381482400726509.post-21905992663475173142009-06-30T11:09:14.815-07:002009-06-30T11:09:14.815-07:00wow, what an experience! I would like to say that I would stand up for my faith and my right to worship freely, but would I in the face of danger? Would I rish mine or my family's lives? I dont even write letters to politicians! food for thought indeed.
-jessikaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4787381482400726509.post-69400933286496146502009-06-26T22:42:20.240-07:002009-06-26T22:42:20.240-07:00Has it really been 21 years?? It's been 10 years since I lived there, and it's sad to say that it is still VERY communist! I hope to go back someday! Maybe we'll go back there together!

Have you heard about Lisa Ling's sister, who was reporting news in North Korea?? Scary!

xo.Tirahttp://wakayamamamma.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.com
